Caron, the eponymous owner of CARON, Charlotte's premiere color studio & brow bar, celebrates more than 25 years in the industry as a national educator, award-winning artist, celebrated colorist and columnist. A highly sought trainer for corporations and salon professionals at every level, she shares insight, vision and expertise on excellence in service and artistry. Named one of the top beauty professionals by InStyle Magazine and recognized as an industry expert by Modern Salon, her journey continues as director of QueeNOIR Beauty & Media Group.

Motivating and inspiring with humor and uncommon sense, Caron consistently contributes to her industry and community by mentoring, developing new talent and organizing events to benefit various charitable organizations. Balancing the great demand as a team coach and creative director, her work has been featured in publications, shows and programs throughout the US and abroad.
